林肯大学（University of Lincoln）是一所位于英国林肯郡林肯的大学，历史可追溯至1861年。 1992年获大学资格。主校区靠近天然湖泊Brayford Pool，此外在莱斯赫姆及霍尔比齐有分校区。
林肯大学在2021年排在英国国内40-50名左右。 林肯大学每年的毕业典礼在林肯大教堂中举办。

林肯大学的历史可以追溯至创立于赫尔的赫尔艺术学院（Hull School of Art，1861年）、赫尔技术学院（Hull Technical Institute，1893年）、恩兹利罗马天主教教师培训学院（Roman Catholic teacher-training Endsleigh College，1905年）、赫尔河畔京斯顿教育学院（Kingston upon Hull College of Education，1913年）和赫尔中央商学院（Hull Central College of Commerce，1930年）。 1976年以上机构合并成为赫尔高等教育学院（Hull College of Higher Education）， 1983年改名为亨博赛德高等教育学院（Humberside College of Higher Education）。

1992年获得大学地位，当时称为亨博赛德大学（University of Humberside），学生人数也开始增加。之后亨博赛德大学在林肯市中心西南的Brayford Pool选址建立新校区。1996年1月该大学也改名为林肯郡和亨博赛德大学（University of Lincolnshire and Humberside）。
2001年1月改现名，2002年大学主校区从赫尔搬到林肯。 该大学的主校区由伊莉莎白二世陛下亲自主持开幕，建筑此校区花去超过1.4亿英镑，对当地经济也产生了积极影响的。

此建筑由曼彻斯特、谢菲尔德和林肯郡铁路公司（Manchester, Sheffield & Lincolnshire Railway）建造于1874年，2006年9月被改建成娱乐场所，举办当地最大的现场音乐会。

该大学的图书馆位于大中央仓库（Great Central Warehouse）建筑中，此建筑在1907年由大中央铁路公司建造，原先是铁路存货仓库。2004年12月大学图书馆在此落成，馆藏约30余万件。
该图书馆曾获得皇家特许测量师学会和英国皇家建筑师协会颁发的奖项。
