EvCC art teacher Russel Day, and a new center focused on transformative teaching.e-learning. The center was named after Cascade Hall, the campus' original student union building.
In addition to the college's main campus in north Everett, EvCC offers classes at their Aviation Maintenance Technical School at Paine Field, and School of Cosmetology in Marysville.

EvCC is one of 34 community and technical colleges governed by the Washington State Board of Community and Technical Colleges. The college is administered by a five-member board of trustees appointed by Washington state's governor. EvCC's president is Chemene Crawford. The college is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities.
