The building was built in part with a $12.5 million congressional appropriation in 1994. The building is named for former Florida congressional representative Bill Lehman.
There various software titles available to faculty and students in two computer labs within the Lehman Building, including CATIA, Nastran, Pro/ENGINEER, and Matlab.
