Currently, MSSU is home to two fraternities, two sororities and many honorary and professional societies. MSSU has the Pi-Eta chapter of Kappa Sigma fraternity, and the Delta Pi chapter of Kappa Alpha Order fraternity. Phi Delta Theta began operating on campus in 2020. Missouri Southern has the Zeta Alpha chapter of Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority and the Eta Upsilon chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. Missouri Southern does not have any brick-and-mortar or traditional Greek housing.
