A school of hospitality management and the culinary arts was established in 2009, with associate degree programs in baking and pastry, culinary arts, and hospitality management, and a bachelor's degree in hospitality management. Students in the culinary program prepare each item and are responsible for the restaurant's daily operations. The culinary arts program was awarded the Marc Sarrazin Cup at the Salon of Culinary Art competition for two consecutive years, in 2013 and 2014. The college's Culinary Institute of New York
