2023 年，安博的另一家美国子公司 Bay State College 失去了认证并关闭。今年晚些时候，安博教育开始向部分员工支付安博股票的工资，“以提高运营效率”。安博计划于 2024 年 2 月再次进行反向股票分割，以避免从纽约证券交易所退市。
