Cook Hall is home to the School of Science, Health and Criminal Justice. The facility includes mortuary science facilities, science labs, and the Early Childhood classrooms. In 2012, a fire damaged part of the Cook Hall. In 2003 the university opened the 12,000-square-foot (1,100 m2) Newell Veterinary Technology Center.
