潘恩学院的运动队被昵称为“狮子”。该学院目前是全国基督教大学体育协会（NCCAA）的成员。男子运动包括棒球和篮球；女子运动包括篮球、垒球和排球。
潘恩曾在 1985-86 年至 2020-21 年间参加美国大学体育协会 (NCAA) II 级比赛，主要参加南方校际体育会议 (SIAC)。
该学院的橄榄球队在 1963 年赛季结束后被取消，但在 2014 年恢复比赛。在回归的第一个赛季中，橄榄球队取得了 2 胜 8 负的成绩，之后该项目再次被关闭。

Paine College is a private, historically black Methodist college in Augusta, Georgia. It is affiliated with the United Methodist Church and Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. Paine College offers undergraduate degrees in the liberal arts, business administration, and education through residential, commuter, and off-site programs.
