Taylor had previously served as the college's executive vice president from 2012 to 2019, while also having worked as vice president of institutional advancement and director of financial aid and admissions.
Taylor succeeded Norman W. Hipps, who served as the 17th president of Saint Vincent College from 2010 to 2019.
