Management (STHM) is the largest provider of talent for the sport, recreation, entertainment, event, tourism and hospitality industries in the greater Philadelphia region. Before STHM's founding, Temple began offering programs in its fields since 1908. The school houses the Sport Industry Research Center and the U.S.–Asia Center for Tourism & Hospitality Research. In 2024, three new undergraduate degree programs were offered: Bachelor of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management, Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management and Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies in Sport, Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management. The School of Sport, Tourism, and Hospitality Management is housed in Speakman Hall.
