Prior to 2011, many departments lived inside the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (such as Mathematical sciences and Physics), while several new programs (Neuroscience, Engineering) only began after CSH's founding. Courses are primarily offered on the Lincoln Park Campus. Notable professors include psychology professor Leonard A. Jason and professor of mathematical sciences Bridget Tenner.
This college offers undergraduate majors in Biological Sciences, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Environmental Science and Studies, Health Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Neuroscience, Occupation Therapy, Physics and Astrophysics, Engeening, Psychology, Nursing, Science Education, and Speech Language Pathology.
